Happy Birthday, Darcy Jo!

On this very day five years ago, our Darcy Jo came into the world awake, alert, and ready to kick. 

 And after initially expending much energy with an alert first fifteen minutes, she then proceeded to sleep.

 She slept as she was bundled into her carseat to go home. Believe it or not, the hedgehog outfit was a neonate size -- still way too big!
 

 She slept bundled up as a baby burrito. Until she was a couple weeks old, when the swaddling started to interfere with the kicking. Then, no more baby burrito.

 She slept while being held. No surprise, that was her favorite way of sleeping.
